Yoni steaming is an ancient practice that has origins all over the world. The word "Yoni" is a sanskrit word used to describe not only the vagina, but the entire womb space. It means "Sacred Space". Before the Western World introduced gynecology to the rest of the world, women were healing themselves with various types of yoni steaming practices and herbs. This is an example of how to steam safely, at home without a steam chair. Make sure to wrap your pot or bowl in a towel, to avoid burns, use pillows to support your knees, and kneel. Use chest level support with a bed, chair or couch. If you can kneel for 5-15 minutes with chest level support, this position may be suitable for you.
As shown in option one, wrap your pot or bowl in a towel to prevent burns, and pillows to support your knees. If you can kneel with no support for 5-15 minutes comfortably, this position may be suitable for you.
As shown in the previous videos, wrap your pot or bowl in a towel for safety, and use pillows to support your knees. Use an additional pillow to support your head. This position is very relaxing and helps to open the hips. This position may be suitable for you if you can kneel with floor level support for 5-15 minutes, comfortably.
