Before booking an appointment please read and carefully consider Terms and Conditions of Tenderyoni LLC

In studio Appointments

Please do not bring extra guests, food, liquor, or other substances with you, into the studio. 

Be prepared to take your shoes off at the door. Socks will be provided for you.

During cold and flu season, please wear a mask. You will be able to take the mask off once you are situated in the steam room. 

If you are feeling unwell or still displaying symptoms of cold/flu/covid after being unwell, please reschedule your appointment. Showing up to an appointment while sick will result in a cancelled appointment. You will also forfeit your payment and you will need to book a new appointment if you would like to receive services from Tenderyoni.

Please check the date of your next expected period. If you are expecting your period in less than three days from the date you would like to steam, you may want to reconsider booking for three to four days after your period has ended. Steaming too close to your period can start your cycle early and/or cause heavier bleeding. 

DO NOT book a steaming appointment if you are experiencing ANY type of vaginal bleeding or fresh spotting. It is not recommended or considered safe to steam while experiencing vaginal bleeding- unless you are postpartum and haven't started your actual period yet. 

If you do not know when to expect your next period, consider waiting for your period and booking a steam session three to four days after your period has ended.

If you have a missing period (more than 60 days), you may book an appointment without waiting for your cycle to start.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please reach out to us within (at least) 24-48 hours of your upcoming appointment, and we will gladly accommodate you. 

All clients receive a 15 minute grace period. After 15  minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and a new appointment will need to be scheduled, as your payment is not refundable, due to you missing your appointment time. Please call if you are going to be late, and can make your appointment within the grace period.

Clients who fail to show up to their appointments without calling, will forfeit their payment. continued "no shows" will result in termination of access to services/appointments.

Virtual/Phone appointments 

To be prepared for your virtual or phone consultation, please find yourself a quiet space, where you can talk safely and openly. Please make sure you will not be disturbed, background noise is at a minimum and you are prepared to take notes. 

All clients receive a 15-20  minute grace period (depending on the consultation you chose). After 15-20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and a new appointment will need to be scheduled, as your payment is not refundable, due to you missing your appointment time.

Sales and appointments

All sales on yoni steam seats, accompanying accessories, yoni steaming herbs and teas are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Appointments may be rescheduled, if done so a minimum of 24-48 hours before upcoming appointment. There will be no refunds for missing your appointment.
