It's a Celebration!

Not only are we celebrating Fibroid Awareness Month this coming July, but it is also My birthday month! And in true Cancer fashion, I have a gift for you! On July 27th, 28th, and 29th, from 7pm-9pm EST, I will be hosting a live, virtual workshop called, Fibroids and How They Affect Your Fertility.

A Quick snapshot!

• Day 1: Self advocacy and triggers:  Discover why fibroids are a symptom of a much bigger imbalance in your body. We will discuss exactly how to advocate for yourself in the doctor's office, the specific language to use and which tests to ask for, to ensure you are heard. You'll also learn which environmental fibroid triggers are hiding in plain sight and how to avoid them.
• Day 2-  Live kitchen masterclass: We're getting live in the kitchen! I will show you, step by step how to make my signature Fibroid Fighting Smoothie, and exactly how to eat to begin healing your body and relieving your symptoms. There will be no guesswork when it comes to your nutrition.
• Day 3- Yoni steaming and holistic practices: I will demonstrate how to conduct a safe a yoni steam session at home, how often to steam specifically for fibroids, and discuss which herbal blends are safe and appropriate for your cycle. We will also dive into stress management, and other vital holistic practices.
