• Learn exactly what to eat to begin healing at the cellular level, and stop blindly feeding fibroids. Nutrition is one of the most confusing and debated topics when it comes to fibroids. You will learn the difference between a “healthy” diet and a diet designed to support your healing.
• Get a safe, tailored yoni steaming schedule, including specific herbal blend recommendations, to support your body’s natural fibroid fighting ability, from a certified peristeam facilitator.
  
• Identify hidden fibroid growth triggers in your environment, how to avoid them and healthier alternatives.
  
• Learn other daily practices to support your fibroid healing journey.

Access to your recorded masterclass

• After your masterclass, you will receive access to a recording of it. You will have 30 days to watch your masterclass at your leisure and take notes if you need to.

This appointment is approximately two hours. Please schedule a time when you will be able to safely provide your undivided attention and speak openly during your session.

Due to the limited availability of masterclass time slots, payments/deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you need to reschedule your class, please send an email to tenderyonis@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled class. You will be accommodated with a grace appointment. Failure to reschedule will result in forfeiture of your payment.
